If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original, unworn condition within 10 working days of receipt. We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries are returned to us.

**Please note if your purchase has a fault, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the item(s) - Any flawed /faulty item that goes over this period will not be accepted *

Items are couriered/ posted to our customers- while every effort will be made to ensure that these items arrive to you in perfect condition- wrinkles in the item are not deemed a flaw.

For hygiene reasons jewellery, hair accessories and hats are final sale and cannot be returned.
Items which have been marked with make-up, fake tan, other marks / stains, odours of smoke / perfume / bodily odours or items which have had tags removed will NOT be refunded.

If you need to return your order you need to email within 3 days of receiving your order. We also offer exchange and can discuss this with you.

Please note:
You have 10 working days from receipt of the item to return it to us. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, or you have received an incorrect order please email us.
We will process your return within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please allow 28 working days for a refund to show on your bank statement. Postage is non-returnable

Exchange or Credit Note Only On SALE ITEMS

You can exchange your sale item for a different size. Just return the item you wish to exchange (postage not covered), with a note asking for what size you need to be sent instead. We will then send the replacement item to you free of charge.

If your size is out of stock, then a refund will be issued in the form of a gift card only. We will refund the price you purchased the item at minus postage charges.

FINAL SALE ITEMS - Items that are final sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights. Final sale items are reduced by 50% or more.

All goods are inspected on return.

Before you send back your return please ensure the following:
• Please ensure you complete the returns form with your order
• We recommend you send your parcel (via registered post or a service which insures you for the value of the goods)
